Fuel Type & Gas Bottle Requirements

Propane gas bottle not included due to its high heat output. This fire pit does not house gas bottles internally. Please ensure a safe and suitable location for your propane cylinder.

Decorative Media Required

Burners must be filled with decorative media for safe and efficient operation. We recommend using the genuine Fire Pit Lava Stones Pack (available in the drop-down options). If sourcing your own media, ensure it is fire-safe to prevent cracking or explosion.

Warranty

This product comes with a 1-year warranty. If you purchase a waterproof cover, the warranty is extended to 2 years.

Delivery Information

Delivery

We offer free delivery to the UK mainland on all orders over £150. Delivery to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland is available for an additional charge. While we aim to provide fast delivery, some remote areas, including the Scottish Grampian & Highlands, Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey may require 3–5 working days once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days using next-day delivery services. You will receive a delivery notification at least 48 hours in advance. If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact our sales team and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Saturday deliveries are available on request and may incur an additional charge.

On Arrival

When your order arrives, please inspect the pallet and packaging for any signs of damage. If damage is visible, take a photo and either sign for the delivery as damaged or reject the delivery if preferred.

Reporting any damage promptly is essential. Claims with the courier must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, damage reported after this timeframe cannot be processed.
