Monk weighs 110kg/243lbs when empty and can hold up to 300 liters of water (displacement may vary depending on the user's size).

Access To Space

For optimal performance, Monk’s back grill needs adequate airflow to ensure the cooling unit operates efficiently. We recommend leaving enough space around the unit for proper ventilation.

Ambient Temperature

Monk is designed to function in temperatures ranging from 0°C to 40°C. Note that if the ambient temperature exceeds 24°C, cooling efficiency may be reduced.

Storage Temperature

When temperatures drop below 0°C, Monk must remain powered on to prevent freezing. This ensures the water stays at a minimum of 3°C and that air circulates continuously through the bath. Alternatively, you can fully drain the bath.

Your Monk comes with a 1-year warranty, which includes remote support (via email/phone) and on-site assistance from the team.

Maintenance

Monk is equipped with a 20-micron filter, which we recommend changing monthly based on usage. Filters are available for purchase on our website.

Thanks to the powerful, natural ozone sanitization, you only need to change the water every 2-3 months, depending on use (more frequently if you plunge multiple times a week). Changing the water is made easy: the cooling unit features a reversible flow valve, allowing the water to be pumped out automatically via the included hose, into a sink or drain. No need for manual water removal with buckets or plumbing.

Servicing & Repairs

The priority is to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, either over the phone or in person with a Monk engineer. If the team can’t fix a defective or damaged item, we will repair or replace it.

#1 FILL YOUR MONK

Simply connect one end of your Monk 6m hose to a tap, and place the other end securely inside your Monk.

Turn on the water supply and fill to the required level.

Emptying your Monk is just as easy.

#2 PLUG IN & TURN ON

Once Monk is full, you can plug it into an outlet with a dedicated 240v / 13A domestic power source (this is standard). You must use the RCD lead provided.

Delivery

Complementary Delivery

The custom delivery service is completely complimentary. A few weeks before your Monk arrives, the team will contact you to schedule a time and ensure you've completed the pre-delivery checklist for a smooth experience. On delivery day, the team will position your Monk exactly where you want it and remove all the packaging.

Please note that certain locations will incur a surcharge, and the difference will be passed on to you, the customer.
