How Does Delivery Work?

Every Monk comes with complimentary delivery. The team will place your Monk exactly where you want it and remove all packaging, just fill it up and switch it on.

After you order, the team will provide a pre-delivery checklist and schedule a delivery date that works for you.

Do you deliver everywhere?

Delivery is available across most of the UK as standard. For orders outside the UK or in certain remote areas (AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, Eire, Northern Ireland, or offshore islands), a surcharge may apply. Contact us at sales@surroundliving.co.uk for a personalized quote.

Can I Choose My Delivery Time?

Yes. Standard delivery is between 9 am and 5 pm on working days, at any time within that window. If you’d like a specific slot, you can choose from the following upgrades at checkout:

• Pre‑1 pm: £60 surcharge
• Post‑1 pm: £60 surcharge
• 9 am delivery: £120 surcharge

Where Can I Put My Monk?

Monk is designed to look beautiful indoors or outdoors and comes with an outdoor cover to protect it from the elements.

A few key points to keep in mind:

Monk is 70 cm wide and fits through standard doorways. If your space has tight corners or narrow staircases, we’ll help you plan ahead. After ordering, you’ll receive a pre-delivery checklist to ensure a smooth setup.

Monk weighs 110 kg empty and holds up to 300 L of water. Allow at least 30 cm of space behind the back grill so the cooling system has proper airflow.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

Warranty

Every Monk comes with a 1‑year warranty, including both remote (phone/email) and on-site support from the Monk expert servicing team. If anything goes wrong, the team will prioritise getting it fixed and if it can’t be repaired, they will replace it. View full warranty details.
