Outdoor bioethanol fire pits must be covered when not in use. After the fire has fully cooled, ensure the lid is closed and the all-weather cover is reapplied.

Fuel Requirements

No fuel is included with this purchase. Always use premium grade bioethanol fuel with a minimum purity of 96.6%. Do not use low-quality fuels. Purchase from a reputable supplier to ensure safe and optimal performance.

Delivery

We offer free delivery to the UK mainland on all orders over £150. Delivery to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland is available for an additional charge. While we aim to provide fast delivery, some remote areas, including the Scottish Grampian & Highlands, Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey may require 3–5 working days once your order has been dispatched. We offer pallet delivery services across the United Kingdom.

Dispatch Times

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days using next-day delivery services. You will receive a delivery notification at least 48 hours in advance. If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact our sales team and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Saturday deliveries are available on request and may incur an additional charge.

On Arrival

When your order arrives, please inspect the pallet and packaging for any signs of damage. If damage is visible, take a photo and either sign for the delivery as damaged or reject the delivery if preferred.

Reporting any damage promptly is essential. Claims with the courier must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, damage reported after this timeframe cannot be processed.
